Description
A war orphan, Applejack grew up in the refugee camp, Ponyville, where she was raised by the local peacekeeper Sheriff Wildfeathers. Ponyville existed in a neutral peace, nestled in the valley separating the Lunar Republic and the Solar Empire. Here, ponies of both factions sought refuge, making a living as best the could. The primary work in Ponyville is the apple orchard. It was here that Applejack found her calling at a very young age, gaining her cutiemark. Not long afterwards however, Applejack was severely wounded in an apple raid by the Lunar Republic. She fought bravely to ward off her attackers, and was rewarded by being beaten and left for dead as the orchard burned.
She awoke days later in the camps infirmary. She was bruised, burned, and her leg was badly broken, but she was alive. Wildfeathers had risked his own life to save her's, flying into the inferno and pulling her out of the orchard.
No longer able to buck apples, Applejack devoted herself to helping Wildfeathers maintain peace. Many years later, his health failing, Wildfeathers passed on the duty of Ponyville's protection to Applejack.
Long after his death, Applejack continues to do her best to keep Ponyville safe, no matter the cost. She holds his memory close, often keeping one of his feathers tucked behind her ear, a constent reminder of what she wouldn't stand to lose.

Finally here she is. Equestria Divided Applejack. She's been through many revisions, many redraws, and a few rewrites, but finally I finished her. Hope you all like it!
